Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of fitout and refurbishment projects valued up to $15M across the Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality and Health sectors.
Projects are generally delivered within 12–14 week programmes, offering a rapid-paced and varied workload.

With projects located from Burleigh through to Brisbane CBD, no two days will be the same.

The Role
Contract administration across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects up to $15M.
Work closely with one Project Manager from project award through to completion.
Prepare and administer subcontract packages.
Manage procurement, contract negotiations and subcontractor agreements.
Process progress claims, variations and cost reporting.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.




Utilise Procore for project management and contract administration.

About You
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fitout and refurbishment construction.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
Solid commercial acumen and contract administration skills.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Proficient with Procore (or similar construction management software).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A team-oriented approach and the ability to work within a high-performing team.
