We're looking for an experienced Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to help lead this exciting recent location. If you thrive in a face-paced retail environment, love surf culture and enjoy building strong, supportive teams, this is your chance to be part of something fresh.

Caloundra Surf Outlet will join our extablished group of stores, including Kawana Surf Outlet (operating on the Sunshine Coast for the past 9 years) Maroochy Surf Outlet, Noosa Surf Outlet and Hervey Bay Surf Outlet. We pride ourselves on a friendly, team-orientated culture and delivering great service and great discounts to our customers.
The Roles
Lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service
Drive sales across boards,
accessories and surf clothing
Support and develop a positive, motivated team
Maintain merchandising, stock levels and store presentation
Relationship building will be an essential part of your role with the various reps and the community.
About You
Previous retail leadership experience (store or assistant manager level)
Solid communication and people-management skills
Passion for surf retail and customer service
Reliable, organised and confident in leading a team
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
An affinity with the surf lifestyle
Reliable and ready to help build a brand-new store from the ground up
