Site Supervisor to support the initiation and setup of an early works project located approximately 4 hours north of Perth on a 2:1 roster. The role is expected to commence in late August and run through to the end of the year, with the possibility of ongoing work.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
Coordinate work crews, subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials to safely achieve operational outcomes and project targets.

Ensure compliance with environmental approvals, permits, and management plans, flora and fauna clearing permits and conditions, erosion and sediment control requirements and cultural heritage management plans and exclusion zone requirements.

Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, environmental approvals and quality requirements.

Build skilled and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in construction, civil engineering, or environmental management (or related discipline)



and previous experience in a construction supervisory position.
Demonstrated experience in early works, bulk earthworks, or land development projects & vegetation clearing and site establishment.
Demonstrated knowledge of setting approvals, erosion and sediment controls, vegetation clearing requirements and cultural heritage obligations.
A proven track record in effective health and safety management.

Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements.
