Join Our Culinary Team in Aged Care! – New Town, TAS
Are you a passionate Cook who loves creating nutritious, comforting meals? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to bring warmth and flavour to the kitchen at our client’s aged care facility in New Town, TAS.

Morning shifts every Saturday & Sunday
⏰ 7:00am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Need
A current Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) is required for this role.

Skills and experience
2+ years' experience in a similar role - aged care experience highly regarded.
Reliable and punctual
Cooperative and team player
Ability to multi-task
Empathy and respect towards aged care residents, staff and clients.
The ability to work within a busy kitchen meeting tight deadline.
Must have own reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook tasty home style meals for elderly residents.
Cleaning of kitchen area
Adhering to and completing quality assurance documents
Washing dishes in the main kitchen and plating of meals
Assist the Chef Manager as required in preparation of food/beverages.
