In this role, you will manage the Customer Service team ensuring smooth onboarding, training and performance. Being the key figure in ensuring customers experience being positive, while providing support for your Customer Service team. To create and drive a positive and healthy work workplace and to meet ongoing targets.
Role Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Cairns, Queensland, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: FNQ Associate Regional Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience preferred leading people in a customer service setting is preferredStrong leadership and team building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialAdept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and recordsPrevious knowledge of the healthcare industry/sector is preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead your team in onboarding, training, development and performance managementImplement standard and effective business processes and ensure operational effectivenessDrive sales and growth within the team,
helping the team meet KPI targetsTake on more complex customer service issues that are escalated to youLead by example and set high standards of client and customer service across all team
