Programmed are seeking reliable and motivated Timber Bridge Maintenance Labourers to join a dedicated maintenance crew responsible for the repair, maintenance, and reconstruction of timber bridges throughout the Scenic Rim region.
As part of a skilled crew, you will assist with the maintenance, repair, and reconstruction of timber bridges across the Scenic Rim. This role offers a variety of work in different locations, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the maintenance, repair, and reconstruction of timber bridges.
Carry out general labouring duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Operate hand and power tools.
Assist with timber construction and structural repairs.
Operate chainsaws and other equipment where required.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in construction, civil works, carpentry, or general labouring.
Confidence working with timber and using hand and power tools.
Experience operating chainsaws (highly regarded).
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
The ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding workplace.
Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to safety.
Essential Requirements
White Card.
Current MR (Medium Rigid) Driver Licence.
Current Driver Licence.
Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
Commitment to protected work practices.
