We are seeking a vibrant Associate Recruitment Consultant to contribute to the continued success of our Perth office. In this role, you will work alongside a senior consultant, providing high-level support and assisting in sourcing top-tier talent for the mining industry, whilst learning the role of a recruitment consultant.

Responsibilities
Working closely with key clients to meet their skills demand on site
Proactively networking to source quality candidate options
Rolling out candidate attraction strategies for your priority roles
Regular video interviews and developing "decision ready" candidates for clients
Generating temp starters in the CRM (Bullhorn)
Managing a contract portfolio and their safety compliance
Assisting senior consultants with leads as they present
You’ll need to have
Previous experience in a sales, customer service, retail, or recruitment role
Solid IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
Strong desire to excel in the recruitment industry
Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
A high level of initiative and drive
An outgoing and bubbly personality
High level of professionalism and a robust work ethic
