We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to support their maintenance department.

This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing as the Maintenance Administrator, you'll be the central point of coordination for administrative and maintenance support activities. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Coordinating daily maintenance schedules and assisting with pre-start planning
Creating and managing purchase orders for parts, consumables and equipment
Liaising with suppliers to ensure materials and parts arrive on schedule
Raising, updating and closing work orders within the maintenance system
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
Providing general administrative support to the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations

About You To succeed in this role,



you'll bring:
Previous experience in a Maintenance Administrator, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Coordinator or similar position
Experience within mining, resources, manufacturing, construction or another heavy industry workplace
Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
A proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
