About the Prospect
Seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on an initial 3 month temporary basis, with potential to extend into a permanent role for the right person.

This is a excellent opportunity to step into a fast paced, high volume AP function within a business that plays a genuinely meaningful role in its industry. You'll be taking ownership of end to end AP processes and helping keep a busy payables function running smoothly.

About the Role
Managing end to end accounts payable processing, including payment runs, reconciliations and reporting
Overseeing invoice matching, payment approvals and compliance
Reporting on AP KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve processes
Building strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Partnering with Procurement to support purchasing compliance




Supporting month end activities, including balance sheet reconciliations

What they're looking for
Solid experience in a senior AP or similar finance role
Strong understanding of end to end AP processes
Robust Excel skills
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a rapid paced environment
Experience in a large, complex organisation is highly regarded
