About You

You are an confident Care Manager who thrives in a role where relationships, communication, and clinical excellence are valued.

You will bring:
Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confidence managing complex conversations with families and stakeholders
The ability to build trust, influence others, and stand confidently as a leader
A genuine desire to commit to a home and make a long‑term impact
