About the role
We currently have a recent opening in our Toowoomba (QLD) store for a full-time warehouse storeperson / trade counter sales assistant. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.
In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to)
Picking, packing orders
Stock control
Receipting / invoicing
Counter sales & collection
Some inbound phone sales
Entering orders
Providing customers with quotations
Offering technical product support and advice
Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives
Exceptional customer service skills are a must,
but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.
