The Chance
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Stone CNC Operator to join our growing team.
What you’ll be doing:
· Set up and operate our Breton Winger CNC machine and Breton Genya Bridge Saw to manufacture to precise specifications
· Interpret correct tooling
· Routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
· Monitor machine operations, identify and troubleshoot any issues to ensure efficient production
· Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a protected work environment
· Collaborate with the stone production team to optimise workflows and identify opportunities for improvement

· Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
· Willingness to improve, learn new skills and processes
· Receptiveness to feedback
· Good communication skills
Skills & Experience
· Experience in the stone benchtop fabrication industry is an asset
· Forklift license is preferred
· A minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC operator is preferred
· Construction White Card
