Magellan Power is a leading Australian manufacturer of industrial AC and DC backup power systems and energy storage solutions. For over 30 years, we have been the supplier of choice for the resources and heavy industries. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operator to join our team.

This is a hands-on warehouse/factory role and is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work in a production environment. Please note that this is not an engineering or office-based position.

Key Responsibilities
Pack equipment for dispatch.
Book and prepare equipment for shipment.
Load and unload deliveries.
Safely store and retrieve items using warehouse racking systems.
Maintain a clean and organized production area, including breaking down boxes and stacking crates.
Assist with general building maintenance.
Support Electrical Assemblers when required.
Follow company Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and forklift operating procedures.
Assist in preparing production and factory areas.
Maintain tools and company vehicles to required standards.
Ensure company vehicles are kept clean.




Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager.

Skills & Experience
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Previous warehouse, dispatch, or factory experience is advantageous.

Licenses & Certifications
Forklift Licence (essential; training can be provided for the right candidate).
Current Manual Driver's Licence (essential).
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not essential).
