Home Assist SA is a growing South Australian provider supporting older Australians and people living with disability to maintain their independence at home and within the community.
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Gardener / Handyman for an immediate start. Approximately 15+ hours per week initially and opportunities for additional work as our client base continues to grow.

About the Role
You will provide maintenance gardening and general handyman services to clients across metropolitan Adelaide, assisting them to maintain safe, clean and accessible homes.
Typical duties may include:
Lawn mowing and edging
Weed control and garden tidy-ups
Pruning and hedge trimming
Green waste removal
Minor home maintenance and repairs
Gutter cleaning
General property upkeep
Work is available across various metropolitan locations, including the inner suburbs and northern suburbs. Must be willing to travel up to 30mins for a 2-hour job.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Experienced in gardening and general property maintenance
Able to work independently and manage your workload efficiently
Skilled and respectful when working in clients' homes
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
Essential Requirements
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting equipment
Own gardening and handyman tools/equipment
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Current DHS Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Right to work in Australia
