We’re looking for an enthusiastic QA Manager to join our dynamic team at Real Pet Food Co’s busy Yatala Manufacturing site. This business‑critical role leads the improvement and management of site compliance, quality, and food safety standards — as well as the development of our talented QA team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement Quality & Food Safety strategies that align with business goals. You understand how important it is to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Operations, R&D; and Brand Marketing), and you have the managerial courage to recommend and execute tactics and strategies that help the business thrive.
Maintain and enhance QA systems, documentation, and GMP programs
Drive continuous improvement across hygiene, sanitation, and compliance initiatives
Coach, mentor, and develop your QA team with explicit growth and succession plans
Champion safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring audit readiness (internal and external) and proactive improvement

What you’ll bring
Proven QA management experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Quality Systems, HACCP, and SQF standards




Experience leading audits, quality improvement, and change initiatives
A leadership style that’s visible, collaborative, and people-focused
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline (Auditor qualifications highly regarded)
