We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Skilled to join our team at Choices Flooring Modbury. Choices Flooring is Australia's leading flooring brand and our store has experienced rapid growth in sales. We are now seeking a sales professional to expand our sales team.
The role involves:
Show room and in Home Consultations: Conduct precise on-site area measurements, evaluate site conditions, and provide tailored product solutions directly to clients.
Customer Consultation: Showroom customer service and handling inbound phone calls with speed and professionalism, educating clients on our premium services, warranties, and product suitability.
End-to-End Sales: Generate accurate, transparent project quotations, manage order filings,
and coordinate layout dispatch with our skilled installation team.
Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom presentation clean, organised, visually engaging, and stocked with updated product sample displays
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in flooring sales would be advantageous but is not essential.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of driving conversions through consultative selling.
· Solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs
