Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out, Refurb & D&C;

A commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney team. The business delivers a robust pipeline of commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors, typically up to $30M in value across Sydney. This is a hands‑on CA role working closely with Project Managers across multiple projects in fast‑paced live settings.

Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontractor packages including RFQ’s, Lettings, award and final accounts
Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
Review and respond to RFIs and maintain registers
Administer head contract obligations and EOT processes
Review subcontractor and supplier invoices
Maintain cost reports and support commercial management of projects

About You
Strong background in fit‑out or refurbishment projects
Proven ability to manage subcontractor packages end‑to‑end




Strong understanding of variations, EOTs and contract administration
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Procore, Build Logic, Cheops, Jobpac or Jonas
Experience delivering live workplace projects
