Your new role This manufacturer is seeking an experienced and driven Fabrication Operations Manager to lead their fabrication personnel and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Lead and manage end-to-end fabrication operations (cutting, welding, assembly, finishing)Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise workflow and productivity Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and performance management Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies)Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline operations Ensure compliance with OH&S;, environmental,
