As a seasonal Aquatic Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership of the centre by supervising lifeguards, coordinating emergency responses, maintaining water quality and supporting plant room operations. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the Royal Life Saving Society's Guidelines for Secure Pool Operation (GSPO), Keep watch at Public Pools, Council policies and Work Health and Safety requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.

Working as part of a cooperative team, you will support aquatic programs, monitor patron safety, identify and manage operational risks, coordinate daily operations and ensure the facility is presented to a high standard.



You will also mentor and support seasonal staff to deliver secure, efficient and customer-focused services throughout the summer season.

To succeed in these positions, you must have:
Certificate III in Aquatics
Pool Lifeguard Award
First Aid Certificate
Working with Children Check
Previous experience in the supervision and operation of public swimming pools

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $63,644 (pro-rata) gross per annum + 12% superannuation
