The Opportunity
We are seeking Casual Customer Experience Specialists to join our DFO Uni Hill Outlet team.
In this role, you’ll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a quick-paced outlet environment, you’ll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.
Casual position | 15 hours per week
What You’ll Do
Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
Support sales performance through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
Assist with stock flow and day‑to‑day concession operations
What You Bring
Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
Ability to work effectively in a premium concession environment
Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
A positive, polished approach and cooperative team mindset
