The Perisher Manor Hotel, located in a true ski‑in, ski‑out position at the base of the lifts in Perisher Ski Resort, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team for the 2026 Snow Season. This role is available for an immediate start in our busy public bar & food court.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a quick‑paced workplace, has a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, and is able to work day shifts—including weekends and public holidays.
