This role is a Leading Hand with Aptus - they manufacture structural and architectural precast concrete for some of Australia's biggest high-rise buildings, hospitals and infrastructure projects. The work isn't repetitive production line work - every project brings something different, and you'll get to be part of exciting new infrastructure and building projects.

The business is growing rapidly and is moving into a brand-recent, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Toowoomba.



Because of that growth, they're building multiple leadership teams across different areas of the factory, including concrete production, steel fabrication, logistics and finishing.

If you've led teams in construction, concrete, carpentry, manufacturing or steel fabrication, they'll teach you the parts of the operation you don't already know. What they really need is a cultural fit - they’re a special team that gets along well and they need someone who's reliable, hardworking and genuinely cares about the people they're leading.
