Responsibilities
Process and manage fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles across ANZ, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation and statutory requirements.
Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, bonuses, incentives, allowances, and deductions.
Interpret and apply relevant Up-to-date Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employment contracts, and statutory obligations to ensure accurate employee remuneration and compliance.
Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve employee payroll issues in a timely and professional manner.
Partner with external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.
Participate in payroll system upgrades, testing activities,
and implementation projects.
Qualifications
Experience using HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Deel, or similar platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
Robust analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
