Solid expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform with hands-on experience across design, customization, and delivery.
Extensive experience implementing and supporting Customer Insights - Journeys, including real-time and outbound journey orchestration.
Proven capability in customer segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution.
Strong experience managing multi-channel customer communications across email, SMS, and engagement workflows.
Skilled in customer engagement analytics, reporting, and performance optimization for marketing and customer journey initiatives.
