Immediate start
Location: Gosnells — comfortable, well-equipped, smoke-free family home by the Canning River
Long-term position
Employment type: Casual
Pay: From $48.00 per hour, reviewed at least annually
Shifts: ~2-hour shifts every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, starting at 6:30 am
Minimum paid shift: 2 hours

Your role
You will provide respectful, person-centred support in a private home. Duties include:
Protected transfers using a ceiling hoist (bed to wheelchair and vice versa)
Showering, dressing, and grooming
Personal care, including colostomy support
Basic wound care
Occasional breakfast preparation and light household duties
Essential requirements
Female applicants only
Valuable English communication skills
Friendly, caring, and kind
Reliable,
punctual, committed, and productive
Clean and hygienic presentation
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and carry
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Reliable transport— punctual start times make public transport and ride-share less practical
Smartphone for rostering and communication
Desirable experience
Supporting people with spinal cord injuries and colostomy care
Basic wound care
