Experienced Asphalter / Asphalt Supervisor – Lead Current Division.

TIRO Industries is expanding and launching an in-house Asphalt Division. We’re looking for an experienced Asphalter / Asphalt Supervisor to help build it from the ground up. This is not a labourer role. We need someone who knows asphalt, can run jobs properly, lead a small crew, and take ownership of quality and output.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead asphalt jobs end-to-end: set-up, prep, lay, finish, clean-up
Deliver high-quality outcomes across:
roads, car parks, hardstands, patching & reinstatement
Coordinate plant, materials, crew and daily workflow
Ensure safety and standards are met on every job
Work with management to help grow the division and improve systems

What we’re looking for:




Proven experience in asphalt works (hands-on, not just ticketed)
Ability to lead a crew and manage jobs start to finish
Robust communication and a solutions mindset on site
Reliable, consistent, and proud of quality workmanship
Someone who wants a long-term opportunity and to help build something
