We are currently seeking a professional and well-presented DOORMAN to join our premium services team, supporting luxury retail operations. This role is suited to candidates with a robust customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance, capable of representing high-end brands with discretion and integrity.
About the Role:
As a guard within a luxury retail workplace, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the premises, staff, and customers while maintaining the highest level of presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a visible and qualified presence
Monitor customer flow and ensure compliance with store protocols
Liaise effectively with store staff and management
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in a similar retail or hospitality Host role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
have full black suits
