Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time hybrid role based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the health and wellness sectors, building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored digital solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are accurately scoped and delivered. The BDM will nurture long-term relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, track performance against targets, and provide feedback on market trends to support service and product development.



This role also involves representing Vine Digital at industry events, contributing to strategic planning, and helping refine go-to-market approaches to drive sustainable revenue growth.
QualificationsStrong skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management, with experience managing end-to-end sales processes.Knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, paid advertising, web design, and content marketing, and the ability to translate these into client-focused solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and using CRM tools to track performance and opportunities.Proven experience in the health, healthcare, or related skilled services industries is highly advantageous.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing time and priorities independently.A good human being
