Civil Construction Foreman – Echuca

Earthworks Civil & Construction is a family-owned and operated civil construction company based in Echuca, delivering a diverse range of projects across regional Victoria and southern Current South Wales.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, supporting their crew and keeping projects running safely and efficiently.

The role will involve:
Supervising and coordinating site crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
Planning daily activities and allocating work
Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
Ensuring works comply with safety, environmental and quality requirements
Monitoring project progress and communicating with Project Managers
Completing site records, diaries, timesheets and quality documentation
Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise




Operating plant or assisting the crew when required

The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Foreman, Supervisor or leading hand in civil construction
Experience in earthworks, road construction, drainage, pipelines and concrete works
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
The ability to read plans, set out works and coordinate site activities
A strong commitment to safety and quality
A current driver’s licence and Construction Induction Card
Relevant plant tickets and qualifications
The flexibility to travel or work away when required
