The Jewellery Group (TJG) is seeking a General Manager – Business Operations to lead the operating model across stores, the support office and the distribution centre from Adelaide, South Australia. Reporting to the CEO, you will simplify processes, improve efficiency and enable scalable growth.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to drive operational excellence, governance and risk management while delivering strategic initiatives across Retail, Supply Chain and Facilities.
