Be the link between our clients and our delivery team by turning business challenges into quality Microsoft solutions.
Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
Facilitate process mapping and user journey sessions.
Translate business needs into transparent user stories and requirements.
Work with Architects and Developers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Plan and coordinate testing,
including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Build trusted relationships with clients throughout project delivery.
Lead End to End Project Delivery: You'll play a key role from discovery through to deployment, helping clients define business requirements, supporting solution design, validating delivered functionality, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. Every engagement offers the chance to solve different business challenges while working with Microsoft's latest technologies.
What We're Looking For
Must have:
5+ years' experience in Business Analysis or a combined BA/QA role.
Experience facilitating client workshops and gathering requirements.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience with software testing and UAT.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
Highly Valued:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform experience.
Consulting experience.
IIBA, ISTQB or Agile certifications.
