What You’ll Be Doing
Turn plans into accurate, build-ready estimates with no surprises
Identify buildability, compliance and scope risks before they reach site
Ensure every estimate reflects how the home will actually be built




Work closely with drafting, procurement and construction to drive better outcomes
Protect margin by getting the details right before construction begins

What you bring
At least 2 years' experience in residential estimating, ideally with a volume home builder
The ability to read plans and specifications and spot what others miss
Confidence producing accurate take-offs, BOQs and build-ready estimates
A strong understanding of how homes are actually built
High standards, sharp attention to detail and a commercial mindset
