Gilmac is Australia's leading hay exporter, responsible for one quarter of all Australian hay exports, with major markets in Asia. Testament to our rapidly growing business, we have 6 Hay Processing plants across 3 states. Casual positions are available for Crop Inspectors at our Wagin, WA site.

To be considered for this role you will require the following:
Excellent time management and coordination to conduct on-farm inspections and sampling.
Versatile availability especially in the lead up to and through our harvest period (Sept – Dec).
Willingness to work varied days/hours according to seasonal requirements.
Be willing to work individually and within a team setting.
Commitment to quality and excellent attention to detail.
Accuracy with written and verbal communication is essential.
Capability using tablets, computers and diverse apps/programs.
Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug screen.

Knowledge within the Agricultural field would be advantageous but not essential as the successful applicant will be provided with full training. Your role will focus on assisting our team both within field sampling and product identification.
