About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Travel Coordinator to join our friendly Canning Vale team and support a busy, growing business. This is a full time role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident coordinating travel requirements with accuracy and care.

38 hours per week Monday to Friday, with an RDO once per month.
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour, plus super and pro rata paid leave.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organisational skills,
and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsible for travel bookings and rostering, with the opportunity to provide support across other roles within the administration team as required.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Previous experience using Xero desirable
Previous mining administration experience, highly desirable. On the job training will be provided.
Free in office parking provided at our Canning Vale office.
