About the Role

Are you a customer-focused IT Support professional with strong troubleshooting skills? We are working with a valued client seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join their team in Darwin.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Manage support tickets, including documentation, updates, and follow-up activities
Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support processes
Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices,



and peripheral equipment
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various technologies
Assist with workstation deployments, configurations, and network connectivity
Support voice and video conferencing platforms
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver productive IT support services
