Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a Timetabling Officer at 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract from August 2026 to March 2027. The role is based at Preston and reports to the Manager Timetable and Utilisation.
The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day timetabling operations, manage teaching space allocation, and support continuous improvement of timetabling processes across campuses.
