Role Overview

Medical Receptionist in a full‐time shift rota (8:00 am–9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with possible weekends). You will be the first point of contact for patients and manage front‐end operations.

Responsibilities
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‐in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling enquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Processing billing procedures, including private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Qualifications
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
