Senior Business Development Manager – Commercial Lighting
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Base + Super + Car Allowance + Commission

The Role
In this role, you’ll have plenty of autonomy to run your own race and take full ownership of your sales pipeline, while still being backed by a highly supportive national team.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Working closely with clients to understand their design visions and offering a consultative,
solution-based approach.
Delivering high-impact product and application presentations to key market players.
Setting up an effective sales call cycle to keep momentum high and follow up on warm leads.
Keeping an eye on market trends and implementing smart strategies to keep the business ahead of the competition.
Skills & Experience Needed
Solid experience selling technical lighting solutions into Specifiers, Engineers, and Contractors.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for business development.
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills—you know how to read a room and figure out exactly what the client needs.
Great time management and organizational skills to successfully manage your own territory.
What’s on Offer
Base salary between $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on your experience) + Super.
