Join our Front Office & Guest Services team at Mantra Mackay as a Full Time Night Auditor.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.

What we are looking for:
A skilled and customer-focused individual with solid communication skills
Someone confident working independently and making decisions overnight
A calm, reliable team member with excellent attention to detail
Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or night audit roles
Experience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)
Full Australian working rights
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays

As our next Night Auditor, you will:
Greet and assist late-arriving guests with a warm and qualified manner
Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs




Handle overnight phone calls, emails, and guest requests
Complete Night Audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions
Prepare end-of-day financial and occupancy reports
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, secure, and presentable
Respond to guest concerns and emergencies calmly and professionally
Communicate effectively with management and day staff through handover notes
Press in-house linen & sort laundry for next day housekeepers.
