Circular Plastics Australia (CPA), part of the PACT Group, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee night shift operations at our Hobsons Bay manufacturing site. You will lead a team of around 10 Production Operators and report to the Production Manager, delivering protected, productive and high‑quality production.
The role focuses on developing team capability, supporting maintenance, and driving continuous improvement to boost productivity and operational performance. Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
