About the Role

Senior Catering Attendant (Flight Checker) who ensures safety, quality and presentation of in‐flight meals before handover to Customer Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct final checks against flight documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Validate that airline carts and equipment are correctly packed and aligned with customer expectations and dnata standards and compliance.
Complete documentation and rectify any discrepancies or shortages promptly.
Work closely with the production team and communicate clearly with Customer Delivery staff during handover.
Apply and promote food safety, HALAL requirements, HACCP, WHS, and quarantine compliance at all times.
Support a culture of care, safety, and service excellence, ensuring passengers receive food that is safe, well‐presented and worthy of our name.

Qualifications
Experience in airline catering or high‐volume food production is ideal.




Sharp eye for detail and solid commitment to doing things right the first time.
Physically capable of working in a chilled setting.
Strong communication skills and commitment to safe food handling practices.
