The Wharf Restaurant & Bar offers diners and event guests a relaxed dining space overlooking one of Australia's most iconic views. Seating approximately 120, the venue attracts pre- and post-theatre diners as well as being a popular bar in its own right, drawing consistent patronage from the general public thanks to its spectacular views, great food, and relaxed, friendly environment.
We are currently looking for a permanent Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team and be part of this vibrant and energetic venue.

About the role

Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour Bridge
Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
Run your own section in a busy pre-theatre environment
Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Sunday

Annual salary at $80,700 plus super
