Duties
Work closely with assistant managers and GM to ensure smooth operations
Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
Managing and coordinating all events and functions
Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner
Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
Being responsible for budgets/targets/orders
Selecting/training new staff
Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily




Managing and supervising floor and kitchen staff
Ensuring health and safety regulations are met

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role for no less than 2 years.
Full working rights in Australia (preferred)
MUST BE LIVING IN AUSTRALIA TO APPLY
