We are looking for friendly, hands-on Retail Assistants with Swimming Pool Knowledge to join our local team in Cardiff. Retail or Customer Service experience is outstanding, but attitude matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be our go-to helper for all things pool and spa
Welcoming customers and giving straightforward, honest advice
Testing pool water and explaining results (we’ll train you)
Keeping the shop looking good and well-stocked
Pitching in with stock deliveries and store tasks
Learning the ropes of pool care so you can grow with us

About You:

You don’t need to be a pool pro, just someone who’s:
Friendly,



reliable and likes chatting with people
Organised and valuable at keeping on top of tasks
Willing to learn and pitch in where needed
Comfortable using a computer and learning current systems
