Village Manager – Remote Sites (FIFO or DIDO)

Mid‐level leadership role responsible for the daily operations of a remote village site, working a 14 days on, 7 days off FIFO roster from Brisbane or DIDO to the Dysart site.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all village operations, ensuring delivery of high service standards.
Build, coach and motivate a diverse team across food & beverage, housekeeping, accommodation and administration.
Act as the primary safety and HSE leader, ensuring compliance with all legislation.
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, P&Ls; and resource allocation.
Plan and execute projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and local authorities.

Qualifications
4+ years of managerial experience in hospitality, facility management or a similar sector.




Proven people‐management, conflict resolution, negotiation and team‐building skills.
Experience in remote site operations is not required.
Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights.
Valid full QLD manual driver's licence.
Able to pass a pre‐employment medical, drug‐and‐alcohol testing and police check.
