This is a really unique chance to work with our client who has a patented reinforcing bar coupler system that allows vertical precast elements to be installed off the critical path before the slab is poured with no propping and no grouting (It’s bloody awesome!).

You will be given projects/opportunities by the company,



and it will be your job to produce preliminary designs for the structure using their product and then present & justify this to the project engineers, builders and precasters. ((You will not certify the permanent design, you will educate and convince the Project Engineer to document your design.)

You’ll play a key part in helping this business triple over the next 5 or so years and you will have the power to effect real change within a very exciting business that’s shaking up the construction industry. There's plenty of room for growth and you'll be able to look back in 5 years and say "I helped build that!".

It’s a family business, and they’re very flexible and entirely results based. They have some loose timesheeting but your hours will not be assessed against a budget – you will spend the hours needed to get the job over the line. You will have the freedom & autonomy to get your job done without having to miss out on your kid’s events or the hobbies that you love.

The head office is in Brisbane, so you can work from the office or WFH. The role is full time Mon-Fri.
