We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program on behalf of one of our clients.
This role will suit a strategic thinker who can work across business and delivery teams to identify prospects, define product direction, prioritise initiatives and drive outcomes that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
Lead product discovery and solution refinement activities.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business objectives into achievable product outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration between business, technical and delivery teams.
Support multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes in complex environments.
Monitor progress, manage risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
Use data, evidence and user insights to inform decision-making.
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and backlogs.
Ability to balance business priorities, user needs and technical considerations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of technology, systems and data concepts.
Contract Details
Initial term to February 2028
