DXC Technology is seeking a Certified Genesys Cloud CX Contact Centre Architect to own end-to-end CCX solution architecture, leading the technical response and guiding architecture across bids and delivery. The role spans telephony, routing, IVR/bot, WEM, analytics, and CRM/back-office integrations, with a focus on government workloads.

You will present and defend architecture in client sessions, define migration strategies from Genesys Engage to Cloud CX, and shape the managed services model.
