Austal is seeking a Quality Lead to drive the strategic quality agenda across the Business Unit from Cairns. You will partner with senior leaders to embed a culture of quality excellence, strengthen governance, and ensure quality management systems and assurance frameworks are effectively implemented.
You will coach and mentor quality teams, lead internal and external audits, manage CAPA and non-conformances, and report on KPIs to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
