JRM Resources is seeking an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our Waroona workshop maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified mechanic looking for current opportunities, job security, and a safety-first environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of light vehicles and mobile equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation on our sites. Your duties will include:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults
Repairing and maintaining engines, brakes, suspensions, and transmissions
Servicing mine site light vehicles and associated equipment mainly Toyota
Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting defects

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience servicing and maintaining mine site light vehicles
Proven experience working on flatbed trucks, service trucks, boilermaker trucks, forklifts, EWPs, and cranes
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the mining industry
Valid Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
